Take–Out financing.
(d) Financing of Residential Construction Financing for
Owner/Builders, Spec Home Builders, or Trust entities where
the underlying Credit History and/or FICO Scores plays of little
importance.
(e) Additional Fee based services, such as: Commercial
“Stand-By/Take-Out Forward Commitments” may be made available
to a qualified borrower(s) on a case by case
basis.
